About Me

Hi, I'm Lyndsay! (Yes, with two y's and an a. After 34 years, I've finally accepted that I'll never find a keychain with my name on it.)

I'm a licensed clinical social worker and the Owner/Founder/Head Baker/Taste-Tester/Human Resources Department/Custodian of Doughpamine Bread. Born and raised in Central Illinois, I developed a love for baking and cooking early on—bread, cookies, cakes, pastries, pasta, you name it. If it was a carbohydrate, I loved it and wanted to make more of it.

With Doughpamine Bread, I'm on a mission to spread joy through my family's cherished recipes while raising awareness about mental health through my own blend of education and humor. Every loaf is baked with care, a little bit of science, and a whole lot of heart.

A few other important things about me: I'm a Leo, hold a third-degree red belt in Tae Kwon Do, pitched softball for over a decade, and when I was two, I put my head through my babysitter's wall. (It explains so much.)

Thank you for taking the time to visit Doughpamine Bread! If you have any questions, concerns, or special requests, please don't hesitate to reach out via text or email.
